How to Cancel
If you have booked an appointment through HealthEngine and wish to cancel, please click the “Cancel Appointment” link found at the bottom of your booking confirmation page, email or appointment reminder.
Emails from HealthEngine sometimes end up in your junk/spam/social or promotions folders, so please take a good look around for it or search “booking confirmation” in your email to locate it.
If you have a HealthEngine patient account, you can cancel your appointment through the “My Bookings” page under “Account Settings” on the website, or “Upcoming Appointments” on the HealthEngine App.
Please call us to cancel if the link is unavailable or you no longer have the booking confirmation email.
